1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through it.

You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement. If you use the website on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them.

2. Website information and permitted use

The website describes Vezon Digital's capabilities and provides a way to request information. Website content is general information, not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice and not a binding offer.

A service engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, or other agreement. That document controls if it conflicts with these general terms. Scope changes, additional revisions, urgent work, or work outside agreed deliverables may require written approval, revised timelines, and additional fees.

4. Client responsibilities

To allow work to proceed, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely instructions, content, access, approvals, and feedback.
• Ensuring they are authorized to use all accounts, products, brands, text, images, data, and intellectual property supplied to us.
• Maintaining secure credentials, multi-factor authentication, backups, and appropriate account permissions.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables and monitoring their own marketplace, store, advertising, financial, tax, and legal obligations.
• Following the rules of Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok, YouTube, payment providers, and any other applicable platforms.

We may pause work when required information, access, approvals, or payments are delayed.

5. Fees, payment, and cancellations

Fees, currency, deposit requirements, milestones, recurring charges, taxes, expenses, refund terms, and payment dates will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless that agreement states otherwise, completed work and time already committed are non-refundable. Late payment may pause delivery or access to unfinished work. Platform fees, advertising spend, app subscriptions, hosting, themes, stock assets, and other third-party costs are the client's responsibility unless expressly included in writing.

6. Third-party platforms and links

Vezon Digital is an independent service provider and is not Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Google, or any other marketplace or platform. Their names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible services.

Third-party platforms control their own systems, algorithms, policies, approvals, suspensions, fees, availability, and enforcement decisions. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, rejected applications, account actions, or decisions outside our control.

External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Your use of another website or platform is governed by its own terms and privacy notice.

7. Intellectual property

Vezon Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, tools, website content, branding, and reusable materials. Clients retain ownership of materials they lawfully provide.

Ownership or license rights in custom deliverables will be defined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, transfer of final client-specific deliverables occurs after full payment. Third-party assets, fonts, themes, plugins, stock media, and platform materials remain subject to their own licenses.

8. Results, account reinstatement, and disclaimers

We perform services with reasonable professional care, but e-commerce outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee sales, profit, traffic, rankings, advertising performance, monetization, marketplace approval, or account reinstatement.

Forecasts, examples, testimonials, and prior results are illustrative and are not promises of future performance. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vezon Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or platform access arising from website use or third-party services.

Any project-specific liability limits will be stated in the applicable service agreement. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict website access or decline communications involving abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, non-payment, or material breach. Either party may end a service engagement as allowed by its written agreement. Ending an engagement does not remove obligations that accrued earlier, including payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, and liability provisions intended to survive.

11. Governing law and changes

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you under local consumer law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court with competent jurisdiction in Punjab, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires another forum.

We may update these terms to reflect service, website, provider, or legal changes. The revised version takes effect when posted with an updated date. Continued website use after an update means you accept the revised website terms.
