This Privacy Policy applies to the Vezon Digital website and communications initiated through it. Vezon Digital is a founder-led e-commerce services agency based in Bhakkar, Punjab, Pakistan.

When you submit the contact form, email us, call us, or contact us through WhatsApp or another social platform, we may receive:

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through the public contact form.

Our hosting provider and third-party resources may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, and basic security or server logs.

• FormSubmit: the website contact form uses FormSubmit to route your submission to our business email. Your submission is processed by that provider when you press “Send Message.”

• Professional advisers or authorities: when reasonably necessary to obtain legal, accounting, or security assistance, enforce agreements, protect rights, or comply with law.

5. Cookies and third-party resources

We do not currently run advertising trackers or website analytics on this standalone website, and we do not intentionally set advertising cookies.

The site loads certain resources from providers such as Google Fonts, cdnjs/Font Awesome, and FlagCDN. These providers may receive normal connection information, including an IP address and browser details, when your browser requests their files. Clicking links to WhatsApp, social networks, marketplaces, or other websites takes you to services controlled by those third parties.

We retain inquiry and correspondence information only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, manage a client relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the nature of the communication and any resulting service engagement.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small professional-services business. However, no internet transmission, email system, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
